Pampered Beauty Luxe Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pampered Beauty Luxe! Each order is handled with care to ensure you receive your beauty, self-care, and grooming essentials in perfect condition.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Typical delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

🇯🇲 Shipping to Jamaica Policy 

We offer reliable shipping to Jamaica through our U.S. forwarding partner.
All Jamaican orders are processed through our U.S. warehouse and then forwarded to Jamaica for customer pickup at any of the available islandwide locations.

📦 How Shipping Works

  1. You place your order using your Jamaican address at checkout.
  2. We prepare your package and ship it to our U.S. warehouse at:
    5831 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard, West Park, FL 33023
  3. Once it arrives, our forwarding partner sends your package to Jamaica.
  4. When it reaches the island, you pick up your package and pay any additional freight or custom duties at the location most convenient to you.
  5. We update your order with the Jamaica tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

  • Kingston
  • May Pen

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days, including:

  • Processing time
  • Shipping to U.S. warehouse
  • Forwarding to Jamaica
  • Arrival at the pickup location

Times may vary due to customs or local transit times.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping to Jamaica is calculated at checkout and includes:

  • U.S. warehouse transfer

Once your packages arrive to Jamaica:

Any customs duties, taxes, or local fees (if applied) are the customer’s responsibility.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Tracking is provided in two stages:

  1. U.S. tracking — From us to the warehouse
  2. Jamaica tracking — From warehouse arrival to your pickup notification

You’ll receive all tracking updates directly through your order page, phone or email.

📬 Important Notes

  • Enter your Jamaican address at checkout — we handle the forwarding.
  • You will be notified when your package is ready for pickup at your selected location.
  • Please bring ID when picking up your package.
  • Packages cannot be addressed directly to the U.S. warehouse by customers.

 Order Changes & Address Errors

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Pampered Beauty Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  3. If still missing, please email hello@pamperedbeautyluxe.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
