At Pampered Beauty Luxe, your satisfaction means the world to us! Each order is prepared with care and inspected to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Because our products include personal, feminine, male, and hair-care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or opened. This policy ensures that every product you receive is brand new, unused, and safe for personal use.


 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product or a damaged item upon delivery.

  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.

If your situation qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@pamperedbeautyluxe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time (Bank of America typically processes refunds within this window).

  • Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method or after the 7-day claim period has passed.


No Returns or Exchanges
